Erin Silva is the Founder and Principal Consultant of H1 AI Consulting, where she helps small and medium-sized businesses put AI to work through training, strategy, and implementation services.

Erin is also the Founder and President of H1 Web Development, a Denver-based agency that designs and develops custom business websites, apps and other technology solutions. In business for more than 10 years, H1 Web Development has worked with a wide variety of clients, including e-commerce brands, professional services firms, non-profits, and more. She also founded H1 Apps, which designs, builds, and manages a portfolio of apps on the Shopify App Store. For more than a decade, Erin has served as a trusted technology advisor to her clients, helping them choose, build, and implement the right solutions for their businesses.

Before starting her own company, Erin was a consultant for Sand Cherry, a Denver-based telecom consulting firm, where she worked with major providers including Comcast, Charter Communications, and Time Warner. Prior to that, she spent four years working in corporate marketing for Hayward Holdings, a global equipment and automation systems manufacturer.

Erin is deeply passionate about helping small businesses thrive. Having grown up in a family of small business owners and spending the past decade running her own business, she understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with building and growing a company, and is eager to help small businesses unlock the exciting potential of AI.

Erin graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a degree in Communications & Journalism. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Benjie, their two children, and their dog and cat.

Cameron Perrin is the Technology & Engineering Lead for H1. He builds the systems behind the work, including AI-enabled applications, dashboards, automations, and digital tools that take routine tasks off a team's plate, and helps shape how they're designed, built, and maintained.

Cameron came to engineering through art and design, and that background still shapes how he works: he cares as much about how something feels to use as how well it performs. His work spans e-commerce and modern web platforms, primarily Next.js and Shopify, with a growing focus on using AI strategically to help scale the websites and systems H1 builds without losing the human judgment and craft behind them. Outside of work, Cameron spends his time exploring the outdoors with his wife and son, spearfishing, and cooking.

Ryan Cowdrey is the Client Relations Manager for H1. He is responsible for internal marketing, copywriting and client communications. Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Ryan began his career in blogging, where he fell in love with copywriting and the possibility for words to shape behavior. Fueled by this passion, Ryan built and managed daily editorial production cycles for a number of tech startups and futurists.

After eight years of working in media production, Ryan joined the H1 team to further pursue this passion of helping businesses grow through carefully-crafted word choices and thoughtfully-designed web properties.

Kundan is a strategy and AI consultant passionate about practical innovation and impact at scale. He combines deep business insight with hands-on execution, helping clients unlock growth through AI, marketing, and digital transformation.

Through H1's WSI AI Consulting Partnership, he brings enterprise-grade frameworks to engagements that need them.

Since beginning his AI journey with Stanford's AI & ML MOOC in 2011, Seamus has specialized in bridging business and technology — drawing on experience with Shell, start-ups, and enterprise innovation in digital transformation.

He works alongside H1 on engagements where an outside strategist helps pressure-test an AI roadmap before a client commits to it.
