Are sessions live or pre-recorded?
Trainings are offered live at your office if your company is in the Greater Denver or Colorado Springs area, or virtual if your company is remote or outside Colorado. All trainings have active participation and hands-on group activities built in. You will also receive each training presentation and a recording of each session for anyone who has to miss one.
How do we choose between AI Foundations, Growth and Native?
Start with where your team actually is. AI Foundations suits teams new to AI who want to establish a basic understanding and comfort level with using the platforms. AI Growth fits teams past the basics who need more practical applications. AI Native is for organizations embedding AI across operations. If you are unsure, we recommend a level on the discovery call.
Can we upgrade after we start?
Yes. The programs are modular: you can begin with AI Foundations and upgrade later by paying the difference.
How many people can attend?
Each session is designed for up to 15 participants so there is room for real interaction. Additional participants are $150 per person — for example, 5 extra people across 2 sessions adds $750.
What are Office Hours?
One-hour working sessions after training where your team brings real tasks and we solve them together. This is where retention happens — it is the difference between people who attended a class and people who changed how they work.
Do participants need prior AI experience?
No. AI Foundations assumes no background at all. AI Growth and AI Native are best when your team has had basic exposure, which the AI Foundations modules included in both programs will cover.
How is training customized to our business?
Exercises and use cases are drawn from information gathered during Discovery and the Preliminary Assessment completed with your leadership team.
